Owner Sarah B. Cunningham is a specialist in the acquisition and sale of American and European works of art. She has been in the art business for 25 years and her clients include major museums, private institutions, corporations and private collectors.  Sarah has broad experience and expertise in art sales and acquisition, fine art appraisal, art consulting, curating and art collection management. A Virginia native, Sarah grew up in Rhode Island, attended Duke University and Rhode Island School of Design and spent over 16 years as gallery manager and owner in Boston before relocating to St. Louis with her family in 2015.  She now works as a private art dealer and consultant working and living in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis.   Contact Sarah.

Founder Alfred J. Walker founded the business in 1979 after a career in finance on the east and west coasts. A Massachusetts native and graduate of Brown University class of 1959, Al first worked privately from his townhouse on Dartmouth Street in Boston's Back Bay before establishing a presence on Newbury Street that served collectors for over 30 years. Since his retirement in 2008, Al has remained a confidante and consultant to Walker-Cunningham Fine Art.
